李传友,博士,教授(兼职),博士生导师,泰山学者优势特色学科人才团队领军人才。1991年获山东农业大学学士学位,1994年获山东农业大学硕士学位,1999年获中国科学院遗传研究所博士学位。1999-2003年在Michigan State University DOE-Plant Research Laboratory从事博士后研究。2003年入选中国科学院“百人计划”,2004年获 “国家杰出青年科学基金”资助。2015年入选科技部创新人才推进计划“中青年科技创新领军人才”。2015年入选泰山学者优势特色学科人才团队领军人才。2016年入选中组部国家“万人计划”领军人才。国家重大科学研究计划项目首席科学家。
主要研究领域:
主要研究植物激素茉莉酸的生理功能及作用机理。以番茄为模式建立了用遗传学方法解析植物对昆虫和腐生型病原菌免疫反应途径的研究体系;证明植物系统性免疫反应中长距离运输的信号分子是茉莉酸而不是传统认为的系统素,这是对本领域工作模型的重要修正。作为执行委员会委员和中方联络人参与组织实施“国际茄科基因组计划”,完成了模式植物番茄的基因组序列分析。以拟南芥为模式研究茉莉酸调控植物生长发育和抗逆反应的分子机理,发现茉莉酸和生长素拮抗互作调控根尖干细胞维持和根系可塑性生长的新机制;发现植物转录因子利用“activation by destruction”的机制调控免疫反应;揭示了转录中介体复合物在茉莉酸信号途径中的功能及作用机理。在Nature, Plant Cell, PNAS, PLoS Genetics等国际著名学术刊物发表论文80余篇。多项研究成果受到Nature Editorial, Science STKE, The Scientist, Faculty of 1000 Biology, 央视新闻联播、央视新闻直播间、光明日报、科技日报、中国科学报等科技媒体的关注。
