个人简介:

温大兴,博士,副教授,硕士生导师20176月毕业于开云网页版,获农学博士学位;20178月至20198月,在山东农业大学生物学博士后科研流动站从事博士后研究;20199月至今,在开云网页版工作。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目1山东省自然科学基金青年基金1项,参与国家级和省部级项目3项,指导国家级SRT项目1项。在Food ChemistryPlant MethodsInternational Journal of Molecular Sciences等期刊发表论文10余篇,授权发明专利1项。主讲课程:《种子检验学》(山东省一流本科课程)、《种子实验技术》、《作物种子学教学实习》。

主要研究方向:

1. 玉米种子快速萌发出苗关键基因的克隆和调控机理解析

 通过GWASBSA-seqQTL定位等技术,挖掘玉米种子快速萌发出苗关键基因并验证其功能,保障玉米出苗快速、整齐,为高产稳产打好基础

2. 高活力种子的调控机理解析

   通过转录组学、蛋白质组学、代谢组学等技术,研究影响小麦和玉米高活力种子形成的因素,揭示高活力种子的调控机理,为高质量种子 生产提供依据。

3. 研发种子检验新技术

   改进现有种子检验方法的不足、创建新的种子检验方法,提高种子检验效率。目前,已经创建了种子纯度快速分子检测技术、种子活力快速无损检测技术。

1. 国家自然科学基金面上项目,ZmML3基因调控玉米中胚轴伸长的分子机制,2023-012026-12,主持。

2. 山东省自然科学基金青年基金,玉米中胚轴伸长基因qML3的克隆和功能研究,2022-012024-12,主持。

3. 山东省重点研发计划,玉米精准定向分子育种技术体系构建与应用,2021-122025-06,参与。

4. 国家自然科学基金面上项目,高活力种子萌发期抗病菌侵染的机理研究:以玉米和禾谷镰刀菌为例,2020-012023-12,参与。

5. 山东省农业良种工程项目,2019LZGC002-1,粮饲兼用型宜机收玉米突破性新品种选育,2019-082022-08,参与。
